How do I know my order has been received?

Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email from us detailing the contents of your order.

All orders need to have payment receipted before they are packaged and dispatched. You will receive email notification on the status of your order throughout the process.

When payment is received your order status will appear as: ‘Awaiting Fulfilment’ – meaning we are processing your order for shipment.
When your order has been shipped your status will appear as: ‘Shipped’ or ‘completed’.

If you have not received an email confirmation of your order, this can be due to either:
  • Incorrectly entering your email address (spelling error) or
  • email filter which has placed the confirmation email in your junk folder.
