We offer a no hassles 60 days return or exchange policy. We will happily exchange or refund the cost of the goods if the item you received is still in its original condition and packaging, is unopened and has not been used.
Unfortunately due to health regulations we are unable to allow returns or exchanges on knitted or fleece lined jumpers or opened bedding.
Any items on Sale are also not eligible for refund or exchange, so please choose carefully.
1.0 Prior to sending your unwanted goods back, all returns or exchanges must be authorised by Aussie Vet Products. Please contact us at: email@example.com or Ph: 1300 382 263 so one of our helpful staff can assist you.
You will be provided with a Return Number and return address of where to send back the products.
1.1 If your return is a result of our error we will happily pay the return shipping cost.
If it is the result of a ‘change of mind’ or ‘product no longer required’, the customer is responsible for paying the return postage costs.
1.2 Please note: you are required to list your Return Number inside your parcel and keep record of your tracking number provided by Australia Post when your item is posted back. This is so we are able to trace your item if it were to go missing.
Faulty or Damaged items
1.3 If your products arrive damaged or faulty and you would like them replaced, please contact our customer service team before sending the items back.
