I need to submit a return or exchange, how do I send the product back?

Prior to sending your unwanted goods back, all returns or exchanges must be authorised by Aussie Vet Products.

You will be provided with a Return Number and return address of where to send the products.

You can submit a return either by clicking on the ‘Resolution centre’ tab in the ‘my Account’ Section or by contacting us at: helpdesk@aussievetproducts.com.au or Ph: 1300 382 263.

All returns or exchange packages must be sent back with a tracking number (either registered post or in a pre-paid satchel) so we are able to trace its location if it was to go missing. Please note this is for your piece of mind just as much as ours.

You will be notified by email within 24 hours of us receiving your return or exchange with a result on how it has been processed.
