Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Products purchased from Aussie Vet Products within the last 60 days can be returned as long as they are in re-sellable condition, have no expired or been damaged and have not been purchased from our sale bin. Please note some wearable items will be accepted on a case by case basis for hygeine reasons.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items need to be returned within 60 days of purchase.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?

HOW do customers return items?
To begin the returns process you must first contact the office on 1300 382 263 to initiate the return, once approved we will provide you with a RA number that is to be attached the box or written on the box so we are able to match up your item with your RA number in our files. Once you have done both of these things you are to take you item to your local post office and pay for it to be returned to our PO BOX stated above. 

SHIPPING for returns?
The cost of the shipping to have the item returned to us is the responsibility of the sender unless told over the phone by a staff member that we will cover the cost. Any shipping paid for already in your previous order is NOT refundable unless stated otherwise by a staff member.

CREDIT for returns?
When we receive your item you will be contacted and either a credit onto you AVP account will be placed or your original method of payment will be refunded.

Instore return option?
We do NOT have a store front and therfore we do NOT accept in store returns. 

Packing materials?
If the item is being returned due to change of mind or if your ordered the wrong item the item must be in the correct condition for resale meaning the original packaging needs to be included in the return. If the item is being returned as it is faulty please call the office on 1300 382 263 to discuss further.
