Equine Vit & Min- Melox is a scientifically balanced blend of antioxidants to support horses and livestock undergoing oxidative stress induced by heat or transport stress, intense exercise, injury or immune challenge. Antioxidants also improve semen quality and promote normal respiratory health. It contains dried melon fruit rich in superoxide dismutase (SOD), natural-source vitamin E, vitamin C & pure organic selenium.

Fatigue in racing and performance horses is caused by muscular micro tears and an excess of free radicals which cause oxidative stress and tissue damage. Antioxidants are most effective at neutralising free radicals when they work together, so Melox provides:

• Vitamin C for respiratory health and recycling other antioxidants, particularly vitamin E.
• Vitamin E which is critical for muscle and nerve support during heavy exercise. Natural-sourced vitamin E is best.
• Organic selenium is incorporated into cell membranes where it is quickly available during oxidative stress.
• Superoxide dismutase may be effective in reducing tissue damage and pro-inflammatory hormones.

Add Equine Vit & Min- Melox daily to feed for horses in heavy work, with respiratory conditions and during/following transport, heat stress, injury and at the onset of illness.
