Special Orders

Some slower selling products may not be held in stock by us or our wholesale partners.

These products are marked as 'Special Order' and usually have a 1 to 4 week order-in lead time.

If you purchase an item marked 'Special order'

  1. We will contact you via email to confirm the delay in shipping your order and an estimated shipping date.
  2. We will lock in our order with our supplier only once you have confirmed that you are okay to wait for the product to be ordered in for you.

Special order items are Non-Refundable once the order has been confirmed by the customer and we have placed an order with our supplier.

Please note that the if you have other items on your order, the whole order may be held back until the special order item is received. Please contact us to discuss if this happens to your order.
