At Aussie Vet Products we pride ourselves on providing only the very best products at the highest of qualities to our valued customers.

If you are unhappy with your products please do phone or email us within 60 days of the purchase so we can attempt to work something out with you.

Some of our products offer guarantees that are passed on to you as the purchaser. Where a guarantee is offered on a product we sell we act a third party, meaning that in majority of the cases we will need to resolve the issue with the manufacturer and it is up to them to provide a resolution.

Aussie Vet Products hold no responsibilities for damage to product after the point of delivery. This includes damage by animals or environment if package had left our premesis. .
