USA & Canada Shipping + Tariff Update
USA Orders Suspended
As of August 26th 2025 – Australia Post has stopped accepting Parcels to the USA.
Therefore we have no choice but to suspend taking any new orders to the USA until Auspost re-starts their parcel service into the USA.
The Auspost suspension appears to be due to the collection system setup to collect the USA imports tariffs. It is expected that shipments will resume once the tariff collection system is properly up and running.
We are monitoring the situation and will re-instate USA as soon as possible.
USA Tariffs
It is expected that USA bound Tariffs will be applied on USA customers once US shipments/orders resume.

Canada Orders Suspended
As of Sept 29th 2025 – Australia Post has stopped accepting Parcels to Canada due to the Canada-Post strike.
Therefore we have no choice but to suspend taking any new orders to the Canada until Auspost re-starts their parcel service into Canada.
We will resume Canada order as soon as Australia post start accepting Canada parcels.
