Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No you do not need to be home to receive your order.
If you would like the driver to leave your parcel without obtaining a signature, please clearly state in the ORDER INSTRUCTIONS/ COMMENTS box: ‘Authority to leave’ followed by any particular delivery instructions.
Eg: Authority to leave inside letterbox or Authority to leave at front door.
If you are not home at time of delivery and we have not been given your authority to leave the parcel, the driver will leave a card in your letterbox advising you have a parcel awaiting delivery (fastway or Toll) or collection from your local post office (Australia Post).
