How can I track my order and will it arrive safely?

All parcels dispatched by Aussie Vet Products are sent on a registered and fully traceable service within Australia.

Your consignment number will be provided to you at the time of dispatch and you are able to track your parcel using either Australia Post, Fastway Couriers or Toll Priority track and trace online services.

At time of delivery the parcel will require a signature to be obtained unless we have been advised of your ‘authority to leave’ at the premises.
